Are the shelves'' heights adjustable? Yes they are!! The legs of the Carts have holes at 1" intervals, which allows you place a shelf wherever you may need. The lowest you can place a shelf is 9" from the floor, and you can put shelves all the way to the top of the Cart if you want. The finished art can contain one or more colors and varying tones of those colors. While external a scanning charge does not usually apply, an art charge to recreate the image may.
